"Quiberon Kekeni" was carved from a Hairy Oak tree as a gift to Reg Cooke, a renown Queensland Luthier. It is in appreciation for the beautiful Quiberon Flamenco Guitar he crafted for Guy.

The contrasting colour, grain and curved shape of the tree from the roots upward, is a source of inspiration for Guy's style of sculpture which follows the natural shape and flow of the grain .
